Job Description:
- Scanning of Parasitology samples received from accessioning.
- Labeling of test tubes.
- Performing dipstick on verification of some parameters manually with comber 3 and comber 10.
- Pouring urine samples in their respective labeled tube.
- Centrifugation of test tube.
- Attachment of print out result of with forms.
- Making slides of urine sample with sediment.
- Gross examination, slide preparation of stool samples with form and handed over to pathologist.
- Keep samples in discarding racks according to time start.
- Microscopy of slides according to need.
- Performance of manual tests of urine & stool samples and attachment of barcodes with kits.
- Measurement of 24 hours urine volume and separate samples for further tests.
- Monitoring of room temperature on daily basis.
- Typing of results in MIS and verification.
- Monitoring of section cleanliness.
- Receiving and responding calls in section.
- Sample quantity check.
- TAT Monitoring
- Waste biohazard Handling.
- Any task assigned by coordinator.
Relevant Experience: 1-4 years of relevant work experience in a diagnostic laboratory
