Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) is a system to track and monitor displacement and population mobility, and it is designed to regularly and systematically capture, process and disseminate information providing better understanding of the movements and evolving needs of displaced populations, whether on site or en route. In recent years DTM has become increasingly recognized as the primary source of displacement information at country, regional and global levels. The DTM Regional Evidence for Migration Analysis and Policy (REMAP) project is an example of the flexibility and interoperability of the DTM that is now being implemented in Pakistan.
One of the core functions of DTM REMAP is data collection through variety of sources, such as media, face-to-face or telephonic interview. Due to current situation caused by COVID-19 requiring change in working mechanism requiring measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, data collection over telephonic/indirect approach is more applicable for several activities of DTM REMAP. In order to enable data collection through telephonic interview, DTM REMAP needs ten (10) enumerators. Under direct supervision of National Project Officer and overall supervision of DTM-REMAP Programme Officer, the enumerators will support data collection targeting different groups of migrant population.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, based on questionnaires developed and supplied by the programme, including editing the collected data by checking of all intentional and unintentional errors daily.
- Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed, and strictly follow the guide/survey tools used for specific data collection.
- Hand in the data as instructed by the supervisor and any other notes on observations made during phone calls.
- Recognize and give account of problems in obtaining data and provide update on the progress and challenges and seek guidance on the way forward.
- Participate in briefings, orientation sessions and trainings as required.
- Represent the programme professionally and correctly for the assignments.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
