  • Troubleshoot network related issues, provide technical support and guidance to employees to maintain organization’s network for smooth operations.
  • Optimize and fine tune the organization’s IT network, operating systems, devices etc. as per best practices and implement network policies, ensure security measures at network devices i.e. unauthorized access, updating patches etc. and rollout new technologies / applications.
  • Ensure deployment and configuration of network switches and smooth availability of services (internet connectivity and related services) to authorized users
  • Generate reports to analyze network system performance, utilization, and compliance and manage users’ data archiving.
  • Administer all wired and wireless Local Area Network / Wide Area Network and related services according to company policies and procedures and administer LAN / WAN security, spam control measures.
  • Manage wireless network for mobile phones / laptops, for organization’s guests and its configuration and working.
  • Provide support for Disaster Recovery (DR) Site, Co-location sites.
  • Oversee deployment (Configurations) and maintenance of laptops / PCs (New and Old).
  • Provide technical assistance to staff in organizing video conferences / audio conferences on various communication tools i.e. Skype, Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Polycom etc.
  • Implement help desk portal to maintain the record of monthly troubleshooting performed by IT at end users and ensuring handling user request in timely manner.
  • Will oversee day to day support issues, i.e. Networking printer’s connectivity, installation of Software, OS updates, Installations, troubleshooting of software related issues.
  • Provide technical facilitation for IT related tasks during various events.
  • Participate in IT policy / Security policy / SOPs revision and implementation in the organization.
  • Work with stakeholders and other team members on network implementation, optimization, and ongoing management.

 

  • At least 16 years of education or Master’s in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines from a HEC recognized institute.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT Networking and Technical Support.
  • Hands-on Experience on CISCO network devices.
  • Certified CCNP will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asterisk Server for performing relevant operations and configurations.
  • Team Working Skills to work in a team oriented working environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent adaptability skills to work in a fast-paced environment with different units.
