Eligible Qualification & Experience:
- MSc / MA (Economics), MBA (Finance), CA, ACMA, FCMA, or BE Electrical / Telecom Engineering with MBA from a well reputed and HEC Recognized University/Institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Post Qualification experience
Preferred Experience:
- Pricing of retail and wholesale services in telecommunication sector
- Hands-on experience on Costing of telecom services (such as shared media, collocation and backhaul services)
- Hands-on experience regarding determination of termination charges for fixed-line and mobile operators and handling of other interconnection issues.
- Accounting separation, financial / economic analysis
Skills/Competencies:
- Project management (project preparation and supervision)
- Preparation of Terms of Reference for hiring of international consultants
- Costing approaches in telecommunication sector
- Advanced Excel, economic/financial / cost modeling and quantitative Skills
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Exposure to telecom regulatory frameworks
- Business Intelligence
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of TORs/RFPs for the hiring of international consultants and supervision of the consultants work.
- Costing of shared media, collocation and backhaul services, interconnection, DPLC & IPLC services, etc.
- Consultation & determination of relevant telecom markets
- Pricing of bandwidth / collocation and related services
- Any other related work assigned by the Authority
