About the Company

A Renowned Consultancy Firm require the services of freelance consultants/thematic area experts  with good repute and experience of rendering services to INGO’s/NGOs/Donor organizations. Both male and female consultants are encouraged to apply.

Who can apply?

  • Experts who fulfil the below mentioned criteria. 
  • Experts who have no legal barriers in working as a consultant.
  • Experts from all over the country.
  • Experts with good personal repute and no past blacklisting history.

Technical Skills

The consultant is required to have following qualifications:

  • Master’s/PHD or equaling degree in any one of the following:
  • Development studies
  • Public health or WASH and/ or environment.
  • DRR
  • Gender studies
  • Economics/ statistics
  • Project management/ Business
  • Education
  • Sociology

Consultant should have demonstrated subject knowledge in his/her field.

  • A minimum of five (05) years relevant experience in designing, executing and reporting research studies and baselines/ end-line (samples can be requested).
  • Previous work experience in above mentioned sector.
  • Good knowledge about government systems (policies/laws and practices) related to his/her sector.
  • Good knowledge and experience in survey design and use of data analysis packages like SPSS, NVIVO.
  • Excellent analytical, research, writing and communication skills in English, Urdu.
  • Personal knowledge and/ or access to relevant project area will be an added advantage.

Terms of Hiring the consultants

  • It is not a full-time job and is subject to the case to case hiring for specific project/assignment.  
  • Consultants will be hired through a proper written short-term temporary contract based on their expertise and relevant experience.
  • The consultant will have no claim/right to object challenge any of the Company’s decision for hiring or not hiring any consultant. This decision will be solely rest with Company’s policy and their approval.
  • Company has no binding to engage the consultant in any of their assignment.
