Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment cycle, compensation / benefits and performance appraisal with key performance indicators and performance management.
Maintains and update HRMS records and documents for all employees.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions an manages guidelines by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures.
Plan, develop and implement short and long term human resource strategies.
Evaluate the Company’s developmental needs and implement training programs as needed.
