Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment cycle, compensation / benefits and performance appraisal with key performance indicators and performance management.
  • Maintains and update HRMS records and documents for all employees.
  • Maintain the work structure  by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions an manages guidelines by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures.
  • Plan, develop and implement short and long term human resource strategies.
  • Evaluate the Company’s developmental needs and implement training programs as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
