  • Identify opportunities for innovation in organization’s projects and incorporate it where needed. This includes in-house designing and implementation of innovative projects.
  • Develop and periodically review short and long-term innovation strategies for the organization and its implementing partners.
  • Assess, revise, and implement innovative projects from partners.
  • Identify, build process innovations and integrate innovation into organization’s work at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Review the existing rules, administrative instructions, donor guidelines and other relevant materials concerning the organization or its lower tier organizations and suggest innovative improvements where required.
  • Identify strengths and areas of improvements of the existing system and propose adjustments/modifications based on the principles set out in the practices and international standards.
  • Carryout impact analysis of innovative interventions and maintain lessons learnt.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with unique and non-traditional partners.

  • At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/ Business Administration / Public Administration from a HEC recognized institute.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, preferably with an International development sector organization along with at least one-year of experience in a team management role.
  • Experience working with social enterprises and impact innovation will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of relevant innovation concepts, principles and structural approaches required at national / international level.
  • Experience in research and development, incorporating creative learning methodologies in the organization and liaising / coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Specialized knowledge and significant documented experience in strategy development with a focus on Innovation.
  • Possess donor relationship management.
  • Be a team player, system thinker, goal driven and action oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willing to travel in field across Pakistan.
