Oversee the Security function of the organization and revise / update security manual / SOPs as per provided guidelines.
Maintain relation and cooperation with Governments, local law enforcement agencies, civil authorities and other relevant authorities.
Supervise management of integrated multimedia / information technologies for inspection, surveillance and monitoring.
Ensure awareness of information regarding the security situation in different parts of the country to support staff members proceeding on field visits to ensure their safety and security.
Plan and organize safety and security related drills and trainings for staff members for crisis management and self-defense like Fire Fighting and Crisis Management.
Oversee patrolling of building, report and response unusual incidents or occurrences in order to minimize or deter the development of hazardous or dangerous situations.
Monitor and control alarm systems of the organization and oversee visitor’s access to property and ensure only authorized entry.
Oversee management of security related service providers like security guards, surveillance camera firm etc.
Provide technical support during events, conferences in coordination with internal / external stakeholders and relevant Government authorities.

At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Public Administration or relevant discipline from a HEC recognized institution.
At least 07 years of experience in performing security related assignments.
Experience with armed forces, law enforcement background and national / international development sector will be preferred.
Field experience of working in insecure, conflict affected and hazardous areas.
The ideal candidate would not have been involved in any disciplinary case involving character failing during his previous service.
Must possess critical thinking skills; can quickly observe a situation and make the appropriate response.
Demonstrated leadership initiatives and the ability to take quick decisions in adverse circumstances.
Good communication skills; both verbal and written and excellent Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Willing to travel in field across Pakistan.
