QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor degree from a university recognized by the HEC.
  • Law Graduate shall be preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years or work experience in relevant environment with hands on knowledge of procurement cycle, tender processes, inventory management, estate management.
  • Must be well aware of public procurement.
  • Shall be well aware of general office Management.
  • Must be aware with concepts of contract preparation and its management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provision of hands on information for formulation of Annual Procurement Plan.
  • Support in Tendering process, Pre-Qualifications & Expression of Interests
  • Contact venders for procurement via three quotations and maintain list of active venders for immediate disposal of purchase demand
  • Prepares and store documents of contract related to procurements
  • Inventory management
  • Development of routine duty rosters
  • Prepare monthly budget dashboard of admin
  • Event Managements
