Receptionist/ CSR/ Phone Operatore

Relevant Experience:

 Minimum Intermediate with at least 01-02 year of relevant (Hospital, diagnostic or health industry) experience

Job Description:

• Patient Registration
• Provide test related information to the patients
• Maintain file and records
• Provide assistance to the patients visiting the lab.
• Initiation of CSR Follow up Sheet.
• Receive telephone calls and forwards them to the proper location
• Sorting letters/documents to be sent to the points of relavent Departments 
• Any other task assigned by the concerned operational head
