Job Description:

  • Work closely with the HR Officer to ensure timely and effective recruitment of qualified candidates, according to Organization policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate in recruitment process, including; contacting short-listed candidates for testing and interviews, conducting tests and interviews, completion of all HR related forms for new hires within the first month of their joining, and assist in orientation for new staff.
  • Maintain a database of employment examinations and interviews.
  • Assist HR Officer in preparing all personnel and administrative related correspondences (job offer letters, employment contracts, promotions, transfers, retirement’s resignation and others)
  • Assist HR Officer in ensuring that personnel files for all staff are actively maintained, up-to-date, and in accordance with Organization HR policies & procedures.
  • Assist HR Officer in ensuring that all the leaves are properly recorded and are in accordance to the time sheets submitted.
  • Responsible for updating profiles of new staff in MIS.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor
