The responsibilities of incumbent will include but not limited to perform the following tasks.

Design and produce images, infographics, animations, motion graphics, videos, etc. on different softwares.
Content planning, preparation and implementation in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders for social media platforms.
Develop, implement and manage SBP social media strategy to consistently increase SBP audience.
Identify and produce new contents of readers' interests that are user-friendly.
Work with copywriters and other designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Define and measure important social media KPIs for general posts and media campaigns.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices on social media.
Develop other team members on social media management.
Monitor social media posts related to SBP.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Manage all technical matters pertaining to official social media pages and prepare reports as required by management.
Compiling official documents and record keeping


 

 Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 14 years of education preferably in Mass communications, Computer Graphics and Multimedia/ Visual Arts, Marketing or relevant field.

Age:

Maximum 35 years. May be relaxed in case of additional relevant experience

 Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

 

 Skills:


Expertise in using designing, editing and animation softwares such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, After Effects, etc.
In depth knowledge of social media marketing tools, payment methods and relevant information
Should have strong social media presence and be able to demonstrate results
Active web profile of related contents or having proof of work in a portable hard drive or USB drive
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Hootsuite and other social media platforms
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
