This is a hands-on software development position who will be responsible for the overall development, maintenance and enhancement of product and services related to Micro Payment Gateway (MPG). This includes ensuring smooth operations of all MPG related software and applications, customizing and developing use cases and functionalities for MPG related services, and fixing software and configuration issues. The Development Lead will lead the development team and support the crafting of the MPG product and services roadmap.

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Work on development of new use cases and enhancements to existing system iteratively by building quick POCs. |
|
Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner. |
|
Analyse the impact of proposed changes and enhancements on operational system. |
|
Perform testing such as unit, user acceptance, integration, system, load & stress. |
|
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders for deployment of use cases. |
|
Coordinate Continuous Integration activities, testing automation frameworks, and other related items. |
|
Respond to production issues with analysis and remediation in a timely manner. |
|
Liaison with technology vendor for L2 & L3 support where required. |
|
Support product managers and participants in shaping product roadmaps and features. |
|
Provide technical leadership to junior team members. |
|
Perform Software Quality Assurance. |
|
Participate in DR and BCP exercises. |
