Eligibility Criteria:
Education Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in IT, engineering, computer science, or Business from HEC recognized domestic or reputable foreign university. Age: Maximum 35 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Competencies Well organized and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of activities and operations in banking, payments and other financial services. Skilled in strategy development, business planning, partnerships, process development and improvement. Ability to manage a wide group of stakeholders. Experience of working with payment gateways (ATMs, POS, internet banking, etc.) or international card payment schemes.
