Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Assist in developing and managing national campaigns for financial literacy.
Gather, analyze and disseminate information for consumer protection and financial literacy policies & initiatives.
Manage financial literacy projects including periodic performance reviews, and process their payments in accordance with the agreements.
Monitoring and evaluation of projects on financial literacy.
Facilitate in developing/running media campaigns on financial literacy.
Design and execute NFLP’s social media campaign on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Manage the hosting of NFLP website and uploading of information as & when required.
Conduct desk review of proposals received for capacity building.
Design programs for awareness and capacity building of the service providers and NFIS stakeholders.
Liaise with NIBAF and other institutions for conducting training programs.
Measure the performance of all campaigns, and assess their progress against assigned metrics.
Create a pool of material/information on financial literacy initiatives, financial services & products and ensure its easy access to individuals and firms to maintain transparency.
 

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Development studies, Marketing, Media Sciences or any other relevant field from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

Age:

Maximum 30 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience.

Experience:

Minimum 3 year experience or more in the field of Financial Services, Development Finance and Financial Literacy Projects/ Programs. Preference will be given to those who can also manage media marketing campaigns.
