An International organization working in Pakistan, is seeking a qualified and highly motivated applicant for [Medical Supervisor]; the position will be based in [DI-KHAN WITH FREQUENT TRAVEL TO PROJECT SITE].
General objectives of the function:
Supervising, leading, and controlling all the medical/paramedical and clinical activities base on Organizational guidelines and strategies to ensure the delivery of quality medical support and medical care for beneficiaries;
Job Role;
-Supervise the planning of medical activities on the field and the allocation of medical staff according to the needs;
-Organize a weekly medical debriefing with the different medical teams;
-Collect, analyze and send the weekly data and reports based on the directives of the Base Manager and the Medical Coordinator;
-Ensure highest quality of the medical services and activities in the field, through continuous monitoring, auditing, and on site supervision
-Provide clinical services directly, in case of need, in any of clinics;
-In collaboration with the Medical Coordinator, adapt and/or update all the medical protocols, procedures and management tools according to the needs;
-Supervise the Pharmacy management and the data collection, the dispensing and supply activities;

Academic Qualifications:
- MBBS (Medical academic degree) with PMDC (practice certificate from Pakistani Government) registration is required/MPH.
Experience
Minimum 02 years medical experience as practicing Medical Doctor, and at least 01 year experience in a managerial role with a recognized INGO or international organization.
Linguistic Skills: Good communication skills in Local Languages & English Language.
