We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicants for [HR MANAGER]; the position will be based in [ISLAMABAD WITH THE FREQUENT FIELD VISITS].

 

General objectives of the function: 

The HR Manager will be leading the HR department under the supervision of the HR coordinator, or the General Coordinator (of HRCO is absent); he/she shall ensure the adequate implementation of the HR functions through the designed processes and will work on developing the HR system by assessing current practices. His/her role extends to build the capacities of the base admins in HR management matters and the HR team in the coordination office.

Job Role      

-He/she is the technical HR referent at mission level; will provide technical support the Base Admins in the field and directly supervise the HR Assistant in the Coordination office

-Supervise the recruitment and selection activities; ensure an adequate and transparent implementation of the process, and conduct risk assessments when it is necessary;

-Supervise and validate internal inquiries and investigations;

- Design new job profiles and edit old ones, keeping the field function grid and the model structure updated;

-Ensure the adequate implementation of the health policy, and supervise the yearly survey on health coverage services;

-He/she will be the focal person for handling all the matter related to staff health insurances with Insurance company

-Ensure the strict implementation of the COE, the rules and regulations of the mission and the HR manual clauses;

-Consolidate monthly the HR report prepared by the base admins and the HRA and send it to the HRCo/GenCo,;

-Send the monthly statement of HR every month in timely manner  to the HRCo.

- In absence of HRCO prepare  monthly siterep of HR component

-Ensure a

n efficient filing system (physical and electronic files) of all administrative files at mission level, granting strict confidentiality of employees’ personal files and other administrative private documents;

-IT and computer related skills (HR software and Microsoft pack).

 

Linguistic Skills: Excellent command of English is essential & Pashto will be an asset

 

Academic Qualifications:

  -Graduation in Business Administration/HR management/ Master Degree in Management, HR management,

Experience

  -Minimum 05 years’ experience in HR Management with a recognized INGO or international organization.
