Conduct and support facilitation of CEA trainings for provincial and district branch staff and volunteers at district level.

Collect, analyze and respond to the feedback received through the CEA mechanism in place in field and share with project team and NHQ.

|
Follow up with project managers on dissemination of responses to feedbacks provided via CEA mechanisms.
|
·
|
Support in conducting PRCS CEA capacities assessment identifying the priority areas and possible action points to build on/implement.
|
·
|
Ensure and support field CEA activities being implemented in pilot in coordination with NHQ CEA focal person, PHQ project managers, district staff and volunteers.
|
·
|
Develop case studies and success stories documenting CEA and project impact to be shared with PMER for wider circulation on quarterly basis.
|
·
|
Brainstorm, suggest and implement ways to increase two-way communication between the PRCS and its beneficiaries in coordination and cooperation with staff and volunteers at all levels.
|
·
|
Coordinate and encourage other technical departments within PRCS to integrate CEA approaches in their programming. Play support function to the departments if they opt to integrate the approaches.
|

|
Any other task as assigned by the Management.
|
Education
|
Masters degree (in mass Communication or Social/Behavioral Sciences i.e. Sociology, social work, Anthropology, Psychology or Health Education, Gender Studies, Development Studies).
|
Experience
|
Four years work experience in communication in development, social mobilization and/or implementation of behavioral change communication in developing context for a humanitarian or development organization. Experience setting up and managing tools for communicating with vulnerable communities.
Proven experience in managing databases, monitoring and reporting.
Experience of coaching, training and developing project staff and volunteers in order to build long-term capacity and create ownership.
Experience in designing and implementing assessments, community consultations, research and/or focus groups discussions.

|
Good knowledge of the project management cycle.
Good knowledge of protection, inclusion, gender and diversity issues in humanitarian context.
Team player, with the ability to coordinate and engage with others, building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter, with the ability to set and achieve goals using one’s own initiative. Strong written, presentation, facilitation and training skills in English and local languages of KP/TDs.
Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions to meet deadlines.
Willing to travel extensively to support field operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills. Fluent speaker of English, Urdu and Pashto is a requirement.
