Job Summary:
The incumbent would be responsible to deliver comprehensive knowledge and skills about the professional cooking, develop session plans, develop trainees professional cooking skills through providing theoretical and practical training. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainees’ data, attendance and activity records of the respective batches.
Main Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the training objectives and review/develop learning outcomes and session content.
- Review and develop detailed session plans on the approved format and share with management one week prior to the initiation of training.
- Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the desired competencies and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.
- Conduct pre & post evaluation and update the results in Management Information System.
- Monitor learnings of trainees, develop reports and share with supervisor on weekly basis.
- Manage trainee’s progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit reports (hard & soft copies) to supervisors within a week of evaluation.
- Mark daily attendance of trainees and enter the data into MIS regularly.
- Document trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the quality on regular basis.
- Effectively use and manage the training equipment, supplies, accessories and ensure the safety & security.
- Develop and share monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Attend management meetings as and when require.
- Comply with the Hashoo Foundation’s policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the guidelines set by the management.
- Perform any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 14 years of education
- Preference will be given to candidates having done level-II diploma in Professional Cooking.
- At least one year of relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
