Job Description:
Job Purpose: The incumbent shall be responsible to develop session plans, improve trainees cooking skills and enrich source material. He/She Will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance and activity record.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct regular training sessions of cooking, according to the provided modules and time table.
- Design course content as per need.
- Provide course content to the trainees.
- Maintain regular attendance registers for the given classes.
- Prepare and facilitate conducting Pre, Post and final evaluations of trainees.
- Prepare and facilitate conducting weekly and monthly assessments.
- Prepare training plan and share with Training officer/ Project Coordinator for implantation of cooking classes.
- Attend regular training meetings
- Develop Weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training scheme.
- Facilitation and coordination with co workers over day to day affairs in training.
- Data Management in MIS of final evaluation for concluding and printing certificates
- Place purchase requisitions for material/ equipment for practical sessions.
- Maintain stock and files for inventory receiving in Cooking Lab.
- Maintain list of equipment and usage in the cooking Lab.
- Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/ evaluation sheets related to Cooking Course-. Facilitate training officer to review trainees attendance and obtain feedback of absentees on daily basis.
- Prepare trainees for exams and important events.
- Will ensure registration of trainees on different online earning platforms.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 14 years of education.
- At least three years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills, in English and Urdu Languages
