INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO STREAMLINE THE ADMIN RELATED ISSUES.
- LIAISON WITH VARIOUS VENDORS FOR MAJOR EVENTS AND ADMINISTRATION RELATED TASKS.
- PLAN AND COORDINATE FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FUNCTIONS, MEETINGS, SEMINARS, AND OTHER EVENTS.
- MAINTAIN RECORD AND PROCESS OVER TIME, TAXI CHARGES AND OTHER SUPPORT STAFF RELATED MATTERS.
- ACT AS THE FOCAL PERSON FOR ISO GREEN FORCE FROM ADMINISTRATION UNIT.
- FACILITATE INTERNAL AUDITORS DURING REVIEW & AUDIT.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF EDUCATION OR MASTERS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION /MANAGEMENT / PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION FROM A HEC RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION.
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION FIELD.
- EXPERIENCE IN BUDGETING FOR THE TASKS ASSIGNED TO HIM/HER.
- TEAM WORKING SKILLS TO WORK IN A TEAM ORIENTED WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
- OPERATIONAL UNDERSTANDING ALONG WITH GOOD PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
- GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
- WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PRESENTATION SKILLS WITH PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE SUITE.
- ADAPTABILITY SKILLS IN ORDER TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT UNITS.
- TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK.
