Job Description:

The Behaviour Change guest speaker will be responsible for providing results-oriented presentation focused on addressing the issue related to Police senior rank officers for one time/one day activity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with ICRC/PGE team to develop/deliver a presentation on the subject on a one-hour session.
  • To shape the lecture as per the requirements of international standards related to Policing on the Use of Force.
  • To highlight the theoretical tenets of behaviour change linked with social psychology.
  • To present an optional strategy for behaviour change in human organizations.
  • To underline the aftermaths of behaviour, change within the community,
  • To provide answers to question after a keynote presentation on “behaviour change”

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as social psychology, sociology, communication, journalism, public relations, management. The highest qualifications shall be preferred in combination with required experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in behaviour change communication strategy, from design, provision of training and technical assistance, to monitoring and evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience in public awareness and community-based dialogue, mobilization.
  • Demonstrated experience in creative and strategic thinking.
  • Strong English language skills, especially good oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Police senior/command level training is an asset.
