Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage human resources of MF and ensure implementation HR Policy Manual.
- Coordinate with Field Offices to ensure that both are staffed to meet the short and long term objectives of MF.
- Preparation of all internal and external advertisements for the hiring of staff.
- Coordinate and form interview panels.
- Approve all hiring-related communication.
- Develop, implement, communicate and monitor employees’ compensation systems and rewards system.
- Recommend appropriate actions in all disciplinary cases in accordance with HR Policy and conflict resolution.
- Supervise the training and development functions of MF.
- Ensure implementation, communication, and monitoring of the performance appraisal system and recommendation of annual increments.
- Ensure preparation of job descriptions for each position of MF and get them approved by the CEO.
- Liaise with outside agencies on matters related to Human Resources, like Insurance Companies, Training Consultants, etc. and also attend to legal cases.
- Ensure that all procurement-related activities are implemented in accordance with policies and SOPs of MF and any donor requirements.
- Preparation for procurement plans and document variance if any.
- Any other task assigned by the GM HR & Procurement and CEO.
Experience and Qualification
- Professional communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Work experience in the HR and Procurement function of any non-government organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
