Qualification:

Experience:

03 to 05 years working experience in oil & gas (At Rig Site)
Candidate should have experience to manage and coordinate drilling and completion of oil and gas wells
Candidate should have good knowledge of drilling fluids

Skills:

Identify critical issues and introducing new concepts in drilling operations
Should demonstrate skills in the use of drilling and completion engineering techniques and practices of the field
Must have full knowledge of drilling and completion engineering theories and principles
An ideal candidate should also have high degree of initiative and independent judgment and strong oral and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate & execution of activities related to subsurface Engineering for drilling & completion operations on the basis of agreed drilling program & according to clear drilling standards.
Material inspection & maintenance of well site chemical inventory.
Preparation of technical sketches and drawings of casing floats, tools & other operational items.
Keeping the complete record of all tools and tubular, ran in hole.
Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly & End of Well drilling reports.
Provision of technical support to Company Man on daily drilling operations.
Participation & execution of drilling operations like casing / liner running, cementation, FIT / LOT & Cement plugs jobs.
Performance of well engineering calculations etc.
Under the supervision of CM participation in complicated drilling operations including problems like Fishing, Stuck pipe, Well control.
Check all received equipment (casing, liner, completion, and well head etc.) as per required company safety standards.
Liaising with equipment & service provider to ensure all equipment & rental tools are delivered as per required delivery schedule.
Monitor the technical performance of service contractors against agreed indicators.
Follow daily drilling operation & all operational instruction from Drilling Supervisors.
Follow approved working schedule.
Manage all activities under the control in conformity with company’s health, safety, and environment and security policies.
