An International Medical organization working in Pakistan since 1996 through MOU with Government of Pakistan and has (medical) programs for vulnerable populations in KPK and Punjab.

We are seeking highly motivated applicant for the position of [WATCHMAN Cum DRIVER] he will be based in [ISLAMABAD].

Job Purpose

The selected candidate will perform his duty as a replacement driver and a watchman when routine driver or watchman is on vacations,and work closely with the logistic team at the coordination office as a helper during their routine tasks.

Responsibilities

-  Reception and authorization of visitors in organization premises, keeping a log of their presence ;

-  Conduct routine patrols especially at night time, to make sure that all security measures are in place and there is no trespassing;

-  Ensure the maintenance of all equipment and infrastructures

-  Ensure adequate driving of MDM staff and vehicles regarding Pakistan’s laws in place and organisation’s procedures and policies (replacement driver when needed 30 % )

- Ensure adequate safekeeping of staff, assets, premises and vehicles on his assignment area.

 (replacement watchman 30 %)

 Ensure Logistics support to Base logistician in coordination office when needed (40%).

Education and Experience

Minimum Matric(SSC) with the valid LTV driving license and at least 1-year experience in Guarding and Protection with a recognized organization. Ability to use office equipment is preferable, in addition to a basic mathematical skill like counting.
