Incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify strategic initiatives to place the organization on international map.
  • Draft strategic programs and pilots for the organization. 
  • Work closely with the management to propose work plans and budget for future projects.
  • Provide strategic level financial input and analysis for organization’s products, strategic programs, pilots and proposals as per organizational guidelines and donor requirements.
  • Churn out write ups and update financial segments for potential sponsors.
  • Propose and implement changes to project dynamics and strategy with regards to finances.
  • Liaison with non-traditional partners and stakeholders to build stronger relationships. 
  • Identify and source funding opportunities at non-traditional organizations. 

Qualification/Experience

  • The candidate should at least have 16 years of education or CA / CA-Finalist / ACMA / ACCA / Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Finance / Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management / Masters in Public Administration from a HEC recognized institution.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in team management role.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Be able to represent the organization nationally and internationally.
  • Adept in designing strategic development initiatives.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills. Must be able to network and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • An ideal candidate should be a team player.
  • The candidate must be a result-oriented individual with good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
