Position Objectives:
|
The overall role of the PMER officer is to ensure that information required to support the project is collected, organized, analyzed and disseminated to all relevant stakeholders. He/ She will work closely with PRCS PIU, team both at provincial and district level for rendering data management and reporting the project activities.
|
Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
|
- Support field staff to collect and ensure consolidate of Baseline/Midline and Edline data of targeted communities and analyses of data based on key indicators/targets.
- He/ She will work closely with the PIU members & teams at Provincial and District branches ensuring that activities are being implemented according to the plan.
- Provide regular project reports as required by the Program Management. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.
- Ensure effective working relationships with the teams and other relevant focal persons.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.
- Make him/herself familiar with subject related guidelines developed by the PRCS, NDMA and other stakeholders for good practices.
- Provide support to PIU when and where required
- Compile the database of beneficiaries through various activities
- Provide support to PC OIU in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports.
- He/She will support in the provision of technical inputs for IEC material or any other material before printing
- Support PIU in development of tools, if needed
- To perform other duties and tasks, as required in non-routine circumstances, from time to time

Education
|
- Masters/ 16 years education in Statistics, Social Science/ Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University.
|
Experience
|
- Minimum 5 years of working experience relevant to planning, monitoring & evaluation. Additionally, project management & technical skills on Management and Information System (MIS). Strong data management and reporting skills would be required.
|
- Presentation skills
- Good reporting skills.
- English language skills as appropriate to the study.
- Adaptable, committed and flexible attitude.
- Good Command over the Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)..
- Strong monitoring, evaluation, & analysis skills would be required.
- Certification in PMER would be added value.
- Working experience with Red Cross Red Crescent Movement/ humanitarian/ rescue and relief organization will be an advantage
