Background Information and Rationale
BRSP under PPAF funded project Pathways – “Revitalizing Youth enterprise” In Districts Kill Saifullah and Ziarat intends to train 150 Youth females (75 Killah Saifullah and 75 Ziarat), on the marketable skills.
Interested Firms/Training Institutes/ Individual Consultants having past experience in training the Youth on marketable and employable skills for the duration (two to three months) may submit their financial and technical proposals not later than 26th Oct 2019.
Scope of work (For Female TVET)
Individual Consultant/Training Institute will make arrangements for the trainings at the community level, conduct training need assessment, develop training manual and provide raw material during the training course of time.
The Firm/ Technical Institute will train the targeted female youth on the trades mentioned below;
- Beauty Parlour, saloon
- Advance Embroidery
- Fashion Dress Designing (Cultural Product)
- EDT (Ladies Shop)
- Rural Poultry
- Bedding /Curtain making, bedcovers, wall hanging etc
Additionally, the Firm/ Technical Institute must quote rates in the RFQs for making arrangement of meal and accommodation for the training participants.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have 5 years of experience in conducting trainings.
- Must have 3 years of relevant training experience.
