Salary: Appx. PKR 45,500 per month (Inclusive of taxes and other benefits)

Reporting to: Regional M&E Officer
Introduction: AAWAZ II is a five years programme that will be implemented in 45 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. GLOW Consultants is the M&E technical partner for AAWAZ II. The Monitoring Officers will collect monitoring data from the field where AAWAZ II will be implemented. Each Monitoring Officer will cover three districts. Working alongside AAWAZ II field partners, the successful candidates will perform the following tasks.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Regular independent monitoring of AAWAZ II field activities in the assigned districts;
- Regular reporting of monitoring and other AAWAZ II related activities using AAWAZ II – MIS as well as in the prescribed formats;
- Perform field visits for field data quality assurance -including covering data reported by field partners;
- Prepare monitoring visit report and generate monthly progress report;
- Identifying, preparing and reporting case studies and change stories from the field;
- Support field staff, as needed, with the proper documentation and reporting of activities;
- Coordinate field activities with relevant AAWAZ II field partners;
- Responding to all data queries to address them accurately and timely manner.
- Participate and/or implement programme assessment, capacity building, evaluation and other related tasks;
- Contribute to programme learning, due diligence, safeguarding, beneficiary feedback and other related functions;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and senior GLOW team.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Essential
- 3-5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, development programme management or related functions;
- Experience working with national or international development organisations
- Bachelor degree in related field such as statistics, development studies, gender studies, economics, business administration, public administration, political science etc.
- Excellent English report writing skills
- Besides Urdu, ability to speaks local language such as Punjabi, Pashto, Hindko, Chitrali, Saraiki etc.
- Excellent proficiency in i) MS Office (Excel and Word); ii) Android based mobile phones; iii) Web based applications
