Huawei HCIE certified
Ability to design, implement and support complex network environment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems and provide solutions within agreed timelines.
Demonstrate excellent technical competence by maintaining certifications in field of expertise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work as Subject Matter Expert.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide a technically feasible solution to the customer.
Train other resources within the team to bring them at par with highest level of competence in area of expertise.
Act as the highest level of technical expert in area of competence within the organization.
Generate design specifications for customer solutions.
Reviews technical documentation, such as user guides, training manuals and system specifications, prior to distribution to end-users and ensures his subject area is accurately represented.
Foster effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, project managers, engineers and senior staff members
