Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all financial systems for the district office and ensure full compliance with PRCS financial Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage all bank and cash payments.
  • Ensure that minimum supporting documentation is attached/provided with all the vouchers
  • Preparation and maintenance of Vouchers and ledgers.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation at the end of each month and when required.
  • Maintenance of Assets register, and Vehicle Iog books.
  • Withdrawals and transfer of fundsfrom banks.
  • Preparation of monthly financial report of district office and its further submission to PHQ finance, including scanned versions of all the transactions.
  • Record and monitor all bank and cash transactions in financial data base.
  • Generation of all projects variance reports.
  • Travel to field as per requirement.
  • Maintenance and Updation of the District finance filing system.
  • Maintaining parties ledger, staff advances, Operational advances & Staff OPD record.
  • Assist in procurement of items to District Branch and PHQ.
  • Issuing of working / Operational advance to staff as per PRCS Polices.
  • Maintenance of staff Time Sheets and attendance record.
  • Support to District Branch in logistics and administration.
  • Maintenance of District Office assets as per PRCS policies.
  • Maintenance and updation of District staff personal files and staff database on regular basis.

Reporting:

District Finance Assistant will report directly to District Secretary and PHQ Finance and Administration Officer.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master Degree in Management / MBA / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience required in relevant areas of work in development sector.
  • Maximum Age is 50
  • For district Kurram , Bajaur and Mohmand candidates having the same district domicile can only apply
