SkyElectric {} has created a sales training program where the new inductees will be trained on the product, product sales, and after-sales support. After the successful training of 3 months, the inductees will be offered an assistant sales manager position. The salary of the assistant sales manager starts at Rs. 50,000 and is offered Fuel Allowance, Medical Insurance, Health Insurance, Vehicle Maintenance Allowance & Free Meals.

For candidates with technical background, Skyelectric has career paths leading towards engineering roles in addition to the sales role.

The role of the candidate during the training program is below;

  • Learn the sales process by undergoing a comprehensive training program; job rotation in sales; site visits( Rawalpindi and Islamabad) with sales manager; attending sales and service calls, and assist in evaluation for existing and new customers.

  • Conduct initial site survey of client premises and propose the client for solar capacity along with the billing information for optimal savings in electricity bills.

  • Preparation of budgetary quote to the client along with submission to the client.

  • Follow up with a client for any sales queries and amicably resolution of their problems statements.

  • Follow up with operations team for further deployment timeline in case of SOPs are followed in sales related to finance.

  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. You will be responsible to sell one system in the first month, two systems in the second month and three systems in the third month.

We look for individuals can work in teams and individually. The candidates should have a can-do attitude, result-oriented, open-minded, eager to learn, reliable and have a sense of responsibility for their work. 


  • Passion for pursuing a career in sales

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering or commerce

  • MUST have graduation

  • Flexible to travel 40-60% of the time in the city

  • The candidates that are willing to work in Islamabad office

What is offered in the 3 months training program

During 3-months sales training, Monthly stipend of PKR 10,000 plus 80 Liters of fuel and commission

On completion of training, and based on a performance review, you will be offered a permanent role as Assistant Sales Manager with salary up to PKR 50,000 and other company’s benefits.
