Job Purpose
Transportation of staff, Visitors and stakeholders and materials/equipment in Organization cars. And making sure that vehicles are in an adequate condition based on Logistic procedures ad protocol.
Job Description:
Transporting people and material/equipment in organization vehicle;
Reporting security risks and threats related to the traffic roads and motorways;
Performing daily routine vehicle check, as per the logistics department protocols;
Report any maintenance need, and follow up on it till making sure that the vehicle is fit to perform its intended function;
Take the vehicle to routine maintenance to the assigned garage;
Make sure that the vehicle documentation is updated and valid;
Perform emergency tasks related to the vehicle if needed (ex. Changing a tire)
Knowing and applying security and safety rules related to the vehicle and the transportation protocols;
Checking if all passengers have their necessary identification documents before leaving to the field;
Checking the vehicle for suspected illegal substances before going to the field and before leaving the field;
Relevant Experience:
Entry Level with at least 1-year experience in Driving along with a Valid Driving License (HTV/LTV) in a recognized organization.
Ability to read and write is preferable, in addition to a basic mathematical skill like counting.
Competencies:
· Transversal: Flexibility and Adaptability: Understand and accept environmental changes related to people, tasks, work, decisions, policies, etc.
· Conceptual: Ability implement and control relative clinical procedures, patient handling procedures, medical counselling procedures and medical stock management - in addition to verbal and written reporting proficiency;
· Linguistic: Good communication skills in Urdu, English.
