Job Type: Contractual - 3 Month Contract leading to a permanent job depending on performance
Qualification and Relevant Experience:
Complete ACCA/ CA finalist with 2-4 years of relevant experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
Preparing of payment vouchers and posting on Quick Books
Preparing Bank reconciliation
Dealing with Banks
Handling and Reconciling of Petty Cash
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarizing current financial status and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports on monthly/ semi-annually and yearly basis
Analyzing financial statements
Managing Fixed Assets
Preparing financial forecast and budgeting process
Processing and records travel reimbursements
Securing financial information by completing data base backups
Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Compiling with federal financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations
Coordinating with the external auditor to conduct annual financial audit.
Assisting few administrative tasks where necessary
