Position Objectives:

Implementation of Health Programs in close coordination with DD Health and donors.

S.No

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

1

To manage BHU component as Assistant Director Health and ensure full coverage of Primary Health Care services as per Movement guidelines.

2

Coordinate / support Provincial Branches for assessment of gap in the area of health and preparation of plan of action, logframes, budgeting and finalize master proposal in coordination with donors for approval.

3

Analysis and processing of Health financial and activity Reports.

4

Prepare Monthly Progress reports compiled on the base of reports received from branches and submit to PMER department.

5

Ensure timely completion of activities as per approved POA and budget time lines.

6

Security of financial reports and processing for approval/ reimbursement.

7

Active resource mobilization / utilization for Primary Health Care services at facility level.

8

Conduct joint monitoring visit as per plans and be active part of field operations.

9

 Ensure rational use of medicines by analysis of disease trends and medicines consumption reports.

10

Support to Deputy Director Health for new intervention and expansion of health program.

11

Auditing of stocks.

12

Compilation of Medicine demand annually based onHealth Units.

13

Work out financial variance and get consent from Donors.

14

Be the part of team to complete annual procurement of medicines / equipments.

15

Prepare Program proposals for expansion of Health Programs.

Additionally support for effective implementing of Commercial First Aid Program and National Ambulance Service College, Emergency Medical Technician Course.

17

 Conduct technical working groups meetings, Capacity building training and participate outreach health operations.

18

 Any other task assigned by the Management.

Education.

 

 MBBS/BDS from PMDC recognized university / Institution. Candidate having the degree of MPH will be given preference.

 

 Experience.

 

 Three Year Experience  related in public health management.

 

Skills / Knowledge.

 

 MS Office, Automated Software handling and Knowledge of Government Health Systems.

 

Maximum age limit upto 45 years.

 

Travelling:- 50%
