Job Description:

  • Issuance of Lab ID Cards
  • Maintain the Late Arrival & Time in/out records
  • Emailing of late arrival data/collection points’ opening to CEO/G-4
  • Filing of HR documents
  • Overtime verification
  • Maintain record of leaves, short leaves, compensation time, etc.
  • Print monthly timesheets of all employees from attendance software
  • Maintain employee files
  • Make dead files in order to maintain the leaver record
  • Listens to various phone calls of staff and responds to queries appropriately

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum graduate with 02 years of relevant experience

Any other task assigned by the concerned operational head.
