Job Description:
- Issuance of Lab ID Cards
- Maintain the Late Arrival & Time in/out records
- Emailing of late arrival data/collection points’ opening to CEO/G-4
- Filing of HR documents
- Overtime verification
- Maintain record of leaves, short leaves, compensation time, etc.
- Print monthly timesheets of all employees from attendance software
- Maintain employee files
- Make dead files in order to maintain the leaver record
- Listens to various phone calls of staff and responds to queries appropriately
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Minimum graduate with 02 years of relevant experience
Any other task assigned by the concerned operational head.
