Primary Job Functions:
To maintain overall documentation related to the implementation of HR functions for offices and ensure coordination relating to the same with the Regional /Districts offices.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Officer will be responsible for the overall functions of HR. He/she will be responsible for performing the following duties but not limited to:
- To assist with the recruitment, selection, and hiring of new staff, service contractors and short-term volunteers.
- Provide staff with orientation and updated guidelines as required for orientation and otherwise.
- Ensure the implementation of updated HR policy and Code of Conduct.
- Preparation of employee joining/clearance documentation, and conduct exit interviews.
- To ensure the office decorum in all offices.
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- To provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work, answering the telephone; replying to the messages.
- Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To get references and verify related documents for new staff members.
- Verify the CV’s record of all candidates who have dropped their Cv’s for a job.
- To assist Senior HR Officer/Coordinator in the preparation of employment contracts, end of contracts.
- To supervise proper registration of staff attendance and leave a record of all staff.
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- To review and maintain the personal files.
- To handle all process of official permissions and their subsequent revocations where need be.
- To prepare the internal memos and note for the record.
- To advice organizational representative on HR policies in accordance with law and general.
- Any other task is given by Senior Management or Chairperson.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Qualification (BBA with second Class)
- Minimum Experience will be 1 to 2 Years in a related field.
- Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for the drafting of various reports, also knowledge of Urdu and Sindhi.
- Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to network and liaise with the community
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity
- Willingness to work and live in harsh conditions.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Mainly responsible for the smooth running of IT operations including networks, laptops, computer systems hardware/software, printers, scanners and other systems & applications at Head Office and other regional offices of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/she will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Work and assist in close coordination with the Senior IT Officer in carrying out IT-related activities at Head Office and Regional offices.
- Installation and configuration of computer/laptop hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Installation of standard and licensed software on PCs.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Liaising with PTCL in arranging Internet connections and communication links to Head Office and regional offices.
- Provide remote assistance to users in identifying and resolving IT related issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware/software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Setting up new email accounts, user profiles and resolving login related issues.
- Conducting security measures and installation of security equipment and performing safety checks.
- Liaison with staff at all levels in determining their needs, in advising cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers at all levels during the implementation of all new systems and other related IT equipment.
- To work with senior management, managers, and staff to build the confidence of end-users in a new system.
- Maintaining all IT Asset Inventory including Head Office and other regional offices of the Legal Aid Office.
- To monitor the subscription and access to online research portals such as Pakistan Law Site.
- To orient new lawyers on the criminal case management database.
- To provide relevant training and refresher sessions to computer operators from district offices.
REQUIREMENTS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Minimum Qualification (BCS, BS with second Class).
- Diploma in a Computer system, IT related to graduation.
- Minimum Experience will be 1 Year in a related field.
- Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills oral and written.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suit, LAN, WAN, Hardware, Software)
- Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity.
