Relevant Experience and Education
:
Bachelor Degree
Three years’ experience in Administration setup.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge files management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Job Description:
To ensure that log books are properly maintained and monthly records are available at Head Office level.
To keep proper record of Petrol Pumps (if any) guest houses (if any).
To keep proper record of travel authorization forms duly signed from all concerned.
To immediately inform all the concerned if any change occurs in Travel status.
To ensure that all security measures have been taken at ware house level and in vehicles.
To make sure that drivers are well trained and first aid box etc are up to date in all vehicles.
To coordinate with Admin team for proper tagging of all new supplies.
Before delivery of goods/equipment’s to different locations make sure that it has been booked in stock register.
Ensure proper handing taking before deliver the goods/equipments.
Responsible for the overall function of Admin at field level.
Records all incoming and out-going letters and documents.
Conveys all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.
Monitors administrative aspects of the regional office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.
Ensure attendance register maintain it on daily bases, keep the leave record of staff and share it with HR Manager on monthly bases.
Make sure the compilation of Personal file of field staff in all contexts.
Responsible to supervise the work, related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, vehicles/motorbikes/bicycles, air conditioner and miscellaneous.
Responsible to negotiate service agreements with vendors.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
