Position Objectives:

To assist and  provide Project implementation support to  PM PHC on PHC and Immunization program in successful implementation and it’s future interventions/expansion

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

1

Support in Preparation Strategic & Action  Plans (PoA) budgets sheet and log frames of health programs

2

Prepare program work plan and strategy for implementation, coordinate with a stake at all level and process financial and physical reports accordingly, Prepare programs financial reconciliation based on activity and financial reporting and recommend reprogramming and adjustment.

Compile and Prepare  cash request fund transfer of different project synchronizing the proposal received from branches and activity/budget approved for the respective year

4

Record maintenance i,e file management, data archiving, data entry for financial and activity database, conduct disease trend analysis, financial consumption analysis.

5

Compile monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports  for PMER of health programs

6

Conduct and organization of training, Process settlement of advance and travel claim.

7

Education

Master / 16-year education in Social Science or Management from HEC Recognized University/Institution.

Experience

3-years experience as Team Assistance to Develop & Implement integrated PHC program.

 

Skills/Knowledge

  • Expert knowledge of PHC programming and implementation tools i,e DHIS, HIMS, Disease Surveillance and reporting multiple donor compliance.
  • Computer proficient.
