Home Supervisor:

The job

  • The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train other staff at home. He will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.
  • He will set tasks for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with tasks.
  • He will ensure that staff understands their duties or delegated tasks.
  • He will monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Candidate will be responsible for looking after assets, individuals, or properties as per the requirement of an employer.
  • He will also keep any eye on staff while performing daily maintenance tasks such as light, housekeeping, gardening and lawn care or any other task assigned by the employer.
  • Candidate will also supervise if there is work related to repair of anything that becomes damaged or worn out, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
  • Candidate must be able to supervise the caretaking staff.
  • Candidate would be able to operate the machinery or electronics at home.
  • Candidate is expected to communicate in a good way with vendors on purchasing of any house hold item.
  • Candidate will be a supervisor who will be responsible for overall cleanliness of house.
  • Caretaker is expected to communicate with the owner or property manager on a regular basis to provide updates on the condition of the property.
  • Job may will include keeping logs and submitting reports on a daily or weekly basis. Anytime something unforeseen occurs, such as a maintenance issue or vandalism the caretaker must alert the owners as well.
  • He must be capable to perform all other tasks including all above if assigned by the employer.

Skills & Education:

  • University Graduate in any discipline with age from 30-45 years, having experience of 10-15 years.
  • Having problem-solving abilities.

  • Having good communication skills.

  • Being trustworthy.
  • Having interpersonal skills.
  • Being able to work alone or with a team.
