Data Management Officer

Relevant Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum 01-02 years relevant experience a non-profit organization in the field of Data Management and MIS preferably in health related project.
• Substantial experience in independently handling data management and record keeping
• Knowledge of Computer, internet.
• BA/BSc/BCS

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Experience of working with NGO/ Public Sector in the field of data management
• Data analysis skills  
• Strong communication skills
• Sensitive to organization values and principles
• Skills in English and Urdu, including effective presentation skills
• Proficient in MS-Office, email communication

Job Description:

• Regular Entries of data received from field staff
• Update data for Monthly progress Report
• Update data into MIS
• Documentation of Monthly and Quarterly Reports, check lists from Field
• Close coordination with Field team for compilation of data
• Closely working with RCs
