Position: Communication Material Development Expert

Job Description:  An Organization based in Islamabad is looking for a part time consultant (assignment based) who can support in developing Information Education and Communication (IEC) and Behavioral Change Communication strategy for the program portfolio of organization. The person is required to develop different communication products including, print material (posters, leaflets, brouchers, project briefs, etc), radio messages, video clips and documentaries. Furthermore, the person will be required to develop materials’ dissemination plan and assist in field testing and on-ground roll-out.   

Essential:

• At least five years proven record of accomplishment in strategic communications planning and developing communication materials for different stakeholders at the international level.
• Demonstrated excellent capacity and skills in drafting, editing, proofreading, production, illustration and translation.
• Excellent research skills, with an ability to analyse and synthesize large amounts of information within tight deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu and produce IEC products in English and Urdu.
• Able to travel to any location in Pakistan.

Desirable:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of cultural sensitivity. Experience of working with persons with disabilities is highly desirable.
