Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans on approved formats and share with management a week prior to the initiation of training.
  • Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the desired competencies and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.
  • Conduct pre & post evaluations and update the results in Management Information System.
  • Monitor the learning process of trainees, develop reports and share on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage trainees’ progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit reports to supervisor within a week of evaluation.
  • Maintain daily attendance of trainees and update the data int MIS.
  • Ensure efficient use and management of training equipment, supplies and accessories.
  • Develop and share monthly progress reports.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:                                    

  • Candidate should have at least 14 years of education
  • Preference will be given to candidates having done level-II diploma in Accommodation Operations & Services through City & Guilds UK.
  • At least two years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Urdu
