Relevant Experience:

  • University degree in English
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and strategies.
  • Minimum two years of practical experience.

Job Description:

  • Develop session plans on approved format and share with management one week prior to initiation of the training.
  • Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the required competencies and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.
  • Conduct pre and post evaluations and update the results in Management Information System.
  • Monitor the learning process of trainees, develop reports and share with supervisor on weekly basis.
  • Conduct trainees’ progress evaluation (formative & summative) and submit reports (hard & soft copies) to supervisor.
  • Mark daily attendance of trainees and enter the data into MIS regularly.
  • Address trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the quality on regular basis.
  • Ensure prudent use of training equipment, supplies, accessories and ensure the safety and security.
  • Develop and submit monthly progress reports.
  • Perform any other task assigned on need basis.
