Medical Supervisor

An International Medical organization working in Pakistan since 1996 through MOU with Government of Pakistan and has (medical) programs for vulnerable populations in KPK (Hangu & DIK district) and Punjab.

We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicants for [MEDICAL SUPERVISOR]; the position will be [20% BASED IN KOHAT & 80% FIELD VISITS]

 General objectives of the function:

[Supervising, leading, and controlling all the medical/paramedical and clinical activities base on organizational guidelines and strategies to ensure the delivery of quality medical support and medical care for beneficiaries;].

The position’s requirements are:

Academic Qualifications:  

·MBBS  · PMDC registered

Experience:

Minimum 01 years of management experience in a managerial role or 01 year experience with an INGO.

• Ability to supervise and coach teams on SRH procedures, PHC procedures and medical emergency procedures- in addition to IT and computer related skills  (Microsoft pack);
• Good communication skills in English, Urdu & Pashto.
