Executive (Land)

Qualification:

• MBA / MPA / LLB from HEC Recognized Institution

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization
• Experience of working in Oil and Gas Sector will be an added advantage 
• Knowledge of legal formalities of land is mandatory
• Excellent Analytical, Interposal and Communication Skills
• Good command on Microsoft Office
• Should be well-versed of the land records of District Attock, Rawalpindi and Chakwal etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining record of land files and database of landowners
• Land Compensation Payments
• Rent Payments in coordination with Finance Department
• Processing payments of land compensations
• Claims assessments and recommending payments
• Identification of land acquired / rented by the Company
• Negotiation with landowners for valuation of land rent
• Identification and removal of encroachments
• Demarcation and fixing of demarcation posts on POL land
• Completing Legal Formalities
