Job Description:

PL Expert is a hybrid role — it’s part of product research, vendor research/management, part online marketing (Keyword research, PPC & adverts) and part in stock management.

Product Research: You will help growing selection of products to sell on Amazon that have potential and meet the qualifying criteria defined.

Supplier research/Management: help to research the authentic and reliable suppliers, onboarding new vendors, identifying and resolving issues related to manufacturing, branding & Logistics. Tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order issues, working with vendors to make sure the manufacturing and branding are aligned with brand requirements.

Marketing: you will help enhance product detail page data with keyword research and ACOS management, developing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience, helping to generate traffic for the brand partner. Brand Specialists will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing and merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns on Amazon, SEO efforts, social media, and other channels, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. 

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce trends and future concepts.
  • A willingness to listen.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Hands on experience of tools/software’s commonly used in Amazon private labeling
