Relevant Experience:
• Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a HEC recognized national or international institution.
• Advanced certifications in development of mobile monitoring/GIS based reporting tools etc. will be considered as an advantage.
• At least 5 years of related experience in software and mobile application development preferably with international or national development organization.

Job Description:
Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• Oversee the coordination to customize oganization’s MIS system and smooth implementation for programme.
• Provide orientation and technical backstopping to the Partner Organizations for smooth, timely and maximum optimization of MIS for progress data entry and reporting.
• Oversee the development/customization of mobile application.
• Provide time-to-time technical backstopping in efficient and effective management of the mobile application for real-time monitoring by Partner Organization and organization’s staff through smart phones and tablets.
• Provide technical backstopping to Project management team in developing tailor-made on-line programme progress updates.
