Indus Heritage Trust (IHT) has received financing from the World Bank in Pakistani currency towards the cost of the Development Artisanal Livelihoods in Rural Pakistan Project and intends to apply the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments for consultancy services.  Procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the “CQS” procurement method contained in the World Bank Guidelines.

 

IHT, RANG project intends to hire the services of consultants to plan, execute and deliver a comprehensive Final Evaluation study for the above-mentioned Project RANG. Please refer to detailed TORs for this consultancy assignment can be downloaded from website (brightspyre) or obtained from address provided below.

 

The Project Management Unit invites eligible consultancy firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consulting Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services. The following shall be the evaluation criteria.

 

EOI Evaluation Criteria

Firm should be in business for preferably past 10 years and have documented experience of completing at least three similar assignments.

The Consulting Firm and its core team members should have a good understanding of the working of Community Driven Development.  

 

Lead Team member of consultant firm must have PhD or Master’s Degree, in evaluation, applied research, social science, economics, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience managing or conducting evaluations, preferably those relating to analysis of community institutional development projects.  Other team members should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and at least Master’s Degree in relevant area.

 

Firm should have logistical capacity as evidenced through established offices.

 

A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Selection Based on Consultants Qualification (CQS) method set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans & IDA Credits and Grants] by World Bank Borrowers (2011).
