POST:

Executive Engineer (Monitoring) / Assistant Manager (Monitoring) (02)

QUALIFICATION:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computers and Telecom recognized by PEC or from a foreign university recognized by the HEC.
  • Experience in implementation or O&M of telecom networks covering either BSS and Transmission (MW, OF and VSAT) or RF (Drive testing & Optimization) of 2G and 3G / 4G (LTE) networks

EXPERIENCE:

  • Min 3 years post qualification, hands on experiencein Implementation or O&M of BSS& Transmission or RF (DT & Optimization) on 2G and 3G / 4G (LTE) networks.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

  • To conduct monitoring visits to BSS, Optical Fiber, Broadband and otherprojects.
  • To prepare monitoring reports of assigned monitoring visits against defined parameters.
  • To liaise with Service Providers for timely snags removal.
  • To ensure monitoring timelines and report any inconsistencies to Manager (Monitoring).
  • To effectively communicate with peers and seniorteam members to keep them abreast of field activities.
  • To maintain and update monitoring and snag removal tracker after each monitoring visit.
  • To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • To develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • To devise risk management tasks as per field requirement and discuss these with Manager (Monitoring) for possible inclusion in monitoring SOP.
  • Extensive travelling is requiredto monitor various projects across the country.
  • To achieveassigned targets and reportthe correct facts.
  • Maintain the monitoring and snag removal tracker on a dashboard.
